Wellness Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the wellness scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Any cancellation requested less than 48 hours prior to your appointment are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 100% of the cost of the scheduled service. We recognize the time of our clients and therapists is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason.

Late Arrival All wellness appointments have been designed to allow appropriate time for full enjoyment of each service. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest possible experience. We will always accommodate you if possible, however if you arrive 15 minutes past your appointment, we may need to reschedule your service. Treatments will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment and you will be responsible for payment of the full service.

Arrival Time We recommend that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. This will allow ample time to fill out a client profile necessary to tailor our services to your personal needs and for you to begin relaxing and enjoying our facilities.

Gratuity Gratuity is not included in the price of service or wellness packages; customary tipping is 15- 20% and is greatly appreciated. We strongly prefer to not process gratuity on credit cards.

Series of Services We are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transaction on any wellness treatment series that are purchased. We will, however, exchange them for wellness credit of equal value.

Children & Additional Guests Wellness is a 1 to 1 intimate experience. Children as well as additional adults who are not receiving a treatment cannot be accommodated in the treatment room.
